Yale's TD Ierlan is the US Lacrosse Player of the Week

TD Ierlan set the career faceoff wins record with his 1,159th win.


TD Ierlan, the premier faceoff specialist in college lacrosse, broke another all-time record in Saturday's 17-11 victory over Michigan.

In winning 25 of 27 faceoffs, the senior passed Trevor Baptiste for most faceoff wins in NCAA history. He now has 1,159. Ierlan also won 19 ground balls. He's the US Lacrosse Player of the Week for his efforts.
