Michael Sowers tallied 14 points against Colgate and eight points against Virginia.

An upset of No. 2 Virginia was just the icing on the cake for Princeton senior Michael Sowers, who torched both Colgate and UVA for a combined seven goals and 15 assists this week. Naturally, Sowers is the US Lacrosse Player of the Week.

In the win over Virginia, Sowers posted four goals and four assists — a pedestrian eight-point outing, by his standards. He torched Colgate for three goals and 11 assists earlier in the week. He was so good against the Raiders that Princeton put together a highlight reel of all 14 points.
