Anahalihs Doxtator and the Lazers are now ranked for the first time this season.

Following up on its preseason No. 1 billing, Nassau Community College has yet to disappoint. The Lions are still firmly affixed atop the first update to the NJCAA men’s top five ranking.

Onondaga, which entered the spring unranked, moved into the poll at No. 4. Harford, which was the preseason No. 3, is now in the No. 2 spot. Howard (Md.) dropped from preseason No. 2 to No. 5.

Nassau’s 23 NJCAA titles are by far the most in junior college lacrosse history, but the Lions went 13 years between championships in 2008 and 2021. Will the Lions, the defending champs, add to that total this spring?
